Core Restore is a six-week restorative exercise and education program focused on building abdominal muscles, improving connections to the pelvic floor, and balancing the body. It is designed to help with abdominal weakness, abdominal separation, and pelvic floor dysfunction (aka sneeze pee).
Classes are scheduled in cohorts, meeting one time per week over a six-week period. Each class will last one hour and include a warm-up, exercise routine, cool down, and educational instruction. Class topics include: pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, body mechanics, return to exercise, exercise modifications, return to running, safe progressions and more!
A personalized take-home exercise program is included each week to guide you between classes. You will be assessed weekly to ensure your program is meeting you where you are on your journey to restoring your core. This all-inclusive program is safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and the years beyond.
Class sizes are limited to prioritize personal attention. Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis.
