How does online coaching work?

Workouts are delivered and tracked through an easy-to-use platform that can be downloaded to your phone, tablet or computer. Coaching will be done through email, phone calls, and/or video calls. The package you choose will determine the amount of coaching you get.

Do I have to live in the United States to work with you?

Since most of my coaching is done online you can be anywhere in the world. I’ve had clients that lived a half mile away from me to clients on the other side of the globe. So far I have coached women in the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Africa and Australia.

What types of home exercise equipment do you recommend?

This part is really up to you. I do not require any fitness equipment for my clients however there are a few pieces I would recommend: mini bands, resistance bands with handles, a set of dumbbells (10-20lbs), and/or a kettlebell or two (15-25lbs). These are completely optional.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Nutritional guidance is included in my coaching packages. My guidance will give you the tools and education for long-term success. As for meal plans- I personally do not write those, as that is the role of a dietician (RD/RDN) however I do offer bonus recipes and meal options to help give you healthy ideas. With my 1:1 coaching we can also work together to create meal prepping plans based on recipes and meals you currently enjoy.

Are your coaching packages pay by month or pay in full?

All of my coaching packages are billed monthly however, I do offer a discount if you want to pay in full. You can purchase as many months as you want above my 3-month minimum commitment to receive the discount.

Why do you have a 3-month minimum commitment for coaching?

I require a minimum of 3-months for my coaching packages so that you can get the most out of your coaching experience. There is a certain amount of time required for the tissues of your body to change. The longer you’ve been living with unhealthy habits, the longer it will take to reverse them. This commitment will ensure you have enough time to see those changes. With that, I understand life happens and if something comes up please let me know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.

How long should we work together?

The length of our collaboration will depend on you- how much you want out of coaching and what you are willing to put in. Remember, it took time to get where you are and it will take time to get where you want to be. Our goal is to get you get safe, sustainable results.

What is your guarantee all about?

I feel so confident that you will look and feel amazing within six months of working with me that if you haven’t made progress towards your goals I will give you your money back. All I ask is that you complete at least 80% of the work given and attend all Success Sessions.
